The Massad Group is committed to respecting your privacy and recognizing your need for appropriate protection and management of contact information you share with us. Contact information can include information by which you can be contacted, such as your name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, etc. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you what information we may collect from you, how we use such information, and the choices you have regarding our use of, and your ability to review, correct and opt out of our use of, the information. By using any of our web sites or sharing your contact information with us, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy. As a part of our commitment to your privacy, the Massad Group supports and adheres to the guidelines and practices adopted by the Direct Marketing Association's "Privacy Promise to American Consumers." We have agreed to (1) provide customers with notice of their ability to opt out of information rental, sale, or exchange with other marketers; (2) honor customers' requests not to share their contact information with other marketers; and (3) honor customers' requests not to receive mail, telephone, or other solicitations from the Masssad Group.

Security Policy

We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.

Refund Policy

At Massad Group, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item for an exchange or refund of the merchandise value.

  • An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns of non-defective items. Returns of non-defective items must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • Returns with the original purchase receipt will be exchanged or refunded in the original tender.
  • Defective products may be returned at any time for a replacement or merchandise credit only.

Shipping Policy

Our shipping and processing charges cover the expenses we incur in processing your order, packing the purchased item(s), transportation and related overhead.

Please be assured that your items will ship out within three days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier to your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or Fedex.
